Currently, our biggest engineering challenge is getting our GPS sensor to work. Last night Dominic and Joshua tried to read some GPS data to no avail.
First GPS test didn’t go so well.
We are pretty sure our problem is signal strength–we need to attach an antennae. We are working on reviewing our code this weekend to rule out other possibilities. Until our antennae arrives in the mail, we will be without a GPS position. This is kind of frightening because this is the most import data we can use to sail the boat.
